NORTHERN IRELAND COPYRIGHT CHANGE OF ADDRESS - AN OVERVIEW

In the event you completely move to a different region, the DVA can’t register your new address on your Northern Ireland driving licence. You’ll need to contact the driving licence authority in your region of residence for information on exchanging.  To get back your full driving licence you need to reapply for any provisional driving licence
